Bill Novak, the Charles F. and Edith J. Clyne Professor of Law at University of Michigan, is an award-winning legal scholar and historian teaching in the fields of legal history, legislation, and regulation. His research interests focus on the history of the modern American regulatory state.
Dr. Novak joins our Law in Motion lecture series with his talk, "The Public Utility Idea and the Origins of Modern American Business Regulation."
