Description:
Three Sri Lankan refugees pose as a family unit and attempt to make their lives better by seeking asylum in a Parisian housing project. Daily violence disrupts their new life and reopens Dheepan’s war wounds, forcing him to reconnect with his past and protect the people he hopes will become his true family.
