Northwestern Recognizes Constitution Day 2017
Northwestern University will recognize Constitution Day on September 17, 2017 to commemorate the signing of the United States Constitution. Established in 2004 under the leadership of late Senator Robert Byrd, this federal observance recognizes the ratification of the U.S. Constitution, which took place at the Constitutional Convention in Philadelphia on September 17, 1787.
