In this workshop, participants will explore a variety of teaching technologies as means to help your students achieve their learning objectives. Participants will explore how to:
1) teach students to analyze media objects
2) develop lesson plans centered on mixed-media content
3) design student assignments produced through digital coworking platforms.
We will offer practical resources for these various objectives, as well as activities for participants to test them out and receive peer feedback. Participants will leave this workshop with a foundation in technological teaching—a marketable asset for academic and non-academic careers alike. Students from all disciplines are encouraged to attend. Please bring a laptop or mobile device, if you have one.
