The MUSE meditation headband is a neurofeedback device that provides real-time information on brain wave activity associated with meditation. Workshop participants will learn the essentials of focused attention meditation by listening to and being guided by weather sounds that reflect states of calm or mind-wandering. The system also provides end of session summary data to help measure progress.
