Join the Buffett Institute for Global Studies Deportation Research Clinic to learn about the alarming state of deportation in the United States and discover opportunities to produce research to thwart government misconduct and injustice.
Political Science professor and founding director Jacqueline Stevens and the Clinic's team of undergraduate and graduate research assistants will discuss their recent efforts to expose abusive labor conditions in immigration detention centers, assist US citizens facing unlawful deportation orders, and document systemic government misconduct in immigration law and policy.
The Clinic will also debut the Eva Jefferson Paterson Fellows Program.
