The Andean Cultures and Histories Working Group at the Buffett Institute for Global Studies is excited to host Dr. Sergio Antonio Mosquera, Afro-Colombian historian and founder of Colombia’s first Black History museum, to talk about his newest book on the historical memory of slavery in Colombia.
