This program aims to further develop the US-Japan relationship by increasing understanding of Japan via grass-roots exchange. Supported by the Prime Minister’s Office in Japan, teams of Japanese citizens of various backgrounds, led by former, high-ranking Japanese diplomats, travel to the US to share their perspectives and open discussion.
