SAVE THE DATE!

As entrepreneurs enter into a business engagement, there are important issues that Northwestern faculty, post docs and students should be aware of when forming a legal entity with others.  The shareholder agreement is a contract between shareholders of a company and establishes the rules that govern their relationship.  It typically addresses shareholders' rights and responsibilities, ownership and valuation, finance management, etc.

Join INVO to learn about some pointers and common pitfalls before entering a shareholder agreement.

Who should attend?  All faculty, post docs and students who are thinking about a startup company
