Please join the Buffett Institute's Global Capitalism & Law Research Group for a lunchtime talk by Thomas Christiano entitled "A Democratic Theory of Fair Exchange in Markets."

Christiano is Professor of Philosophy at the University of Arizona. His research is mainly in moral and political philosophy with emphases on democratic theory, distributive justice and global justice. He is the author of The Rule of the Many (1996) and The Constitution of Equality: Democratic Authority and its Limits (2008). He is currently organizing an interdisciplinary workshop on Global Society and Justice.
