“Recent Archaeological Research in Southeast Zimbabwe"

The ruins of Great Zimbabwe are well known. But there is a rich archaeological heritage in other parts of Zimbabwe. Russell Kapumha will present his research on ancient crossroads settlements in south-eastern Zimbabwe, focusing on how archaeologists are "reading" pre-colonial ethnic identities through material culture.
