Join us for the Native Literature and Arts Holiday Celebration, which will take place on Friday, December 7, 2018, from 7-9:00 p.m., at 4738 N. Milwaukee, Chicago, Illinois.
This year’s celebration will feature author Dr. Theodore C. Van Alst Jr., as he presents his new book Sacred Smokes, a debut story collection about growing up a Native youth, surviving Chicago gang life.
A holiday market will include Native artists, Native music and a few games of prize Native bingo.
Refreshments will be served.
This is a free event for everyone with free parking across the street on Milwaukee Ave.
