The Deportation Research Clinic has been at the cutting edge of successful class action litigation against private prisons and new paradigms for the rule of law. Come hear about our recent original research analyzing US citizens being detained and deported, lawsuits for forced labor, juveniles reclassified as adults based on junk science, and much more. The research has been reported in global media, including the New York Times, the New Yorker, the Economist, and the Guardian. We are about to consider new applications for the Eva Jefferson Paterson Fellows and other student volunteer or work opportunities and look forward to new students joining us.
