Mendelssohn’s masterpiece Elijah will be performed at the Alice Millar Chapel featuring four accomplished soloists: Dorian McCall as Elijah, Katelyn Lee, Soprano, Sarah Ponder, Mezzo-Soprano, and Joe Shadday, Tenor.
The Conductor will be Stephen Alltop, faculty member in Northwestern University's Bienen School of Music and conductor of the operatic and oratorio repertoire.
Assistant Conductor will be Cody Michael Bradley and Pianist will be Pan Xiao.
The chorus will be composed of approximately 100 singers. The Oratorio will be sung in English.
The Alice Millar Chapel is located on 1870 Sheridan Road, Evanston, 60208, near Chicago Avenue. Parking is nearby. Doors open at 7:00 PM.
