Join Elizabeth Tuckwell each Tuesday for a meditative practice. Elizabeth will lead guided meditations. Elizabeth is the founder of Art with Intention, a website that pairs the art of self-expression with the art of meditation.
The benefits of meditation include reducing stress, improving concentration and increasing happiness. No previous experience is necessary. All are welcome.
