Learning Objectives
At the end of this presentation, participants will be able to:
1. List at least 3 types of workplace-based assessment (WBA)
2. Discuss the role of WBA within a system of assessment
3. Describe sources of validity evidence and threats to validity with respect to WBA
4. Using an example from your setting, design a WBA, starting with desired learner outcomes
5. Compare and contrast strategies to reduce the impact of bias on WBA.
