Who pays the price for industrial development and resulting pollution? In her research in
South Baltimore, scholar/activist Niki Fabricant looks at the intersection of race, industrial
development and subsequent toxicity as a violent history that informs movement building and the collective imagining of a more sustainable (both economic and ecologically) future.
