We are hosting the first of a series of pediatric neurosurgery courses at Lurie Children's and Northwestern Skull Base Lab.
This first one is industry-sponsored with Aesculap, focused on hydrocephalus and CSF pathways. There will be case-based discussions, didactics, and hands-on sessions with neuroendoscopy. Faculty are from Lurie Children's (Lam), Charite Hospital/Berlin (Ulrich Thomale), Texas Children's Hospital (Dan Curry), and Christoph Miethke (bioengineer). We have run versions of this course in Germany, Russia, and China in the past, with great turnout and feedback. This course in June is the first in North America (June 25-27, 2021).
Residents, fellows, and attendings are all welcome to register (free!) by June 4, 2021.
