Joshua Gordon, MD, PhD, director of the National Institute of Mental Health, will provide an overview of NIMH’s research priorities in autism and neurodevelopment. Dr. Gordon will highlight some of the challenges associated with autism and neurodevelopment. He will then turn towards research opportunities in genetics and brain mechanisms, environmental and societal factors, and advances in services research.
