Description:

The New Faculty Workshop is designed to introduce instructors to several key aspects of learning and teaching, to reflect critically on their own practice as educators, and to apply theory and research to practice. Using small group activities, individual reflections and discussion, participants will have the opportunity to share ideas and practices with new colleagues from across the institution, and learn about what it means to teach and learn at Northwestern. The workshop is interdisciplinary, and is intended for instructors at all levels.

This year, we are offering two versions of the event: an in-person event (with food*) and an online event via zoom. Please review the schedule below before registering for the event. Registration closes on September 8, 2021.
