Join Elizabeth Tuckwell for a 25 minute virtual guided meditation practice each Tuesday during the academic quarter. Elizabeth is the founder of Elizabeth Tuckwell, a website that pairs the art of self-expression with the art of meditation. The benefits of meditation include reducing stress, improving concentration and increasing happiness. No previous experience is necessary and all are welcome.
