Navistar and Navistar Operations Management Development Program

Come learn more about the Operations Management Development Program (OMDP),  designed to recruit and develop recent college graduates who exhibit the potential for a high level of achievement in operations management and who, throughout the course of the program, demonstrate the ability to progress to senior management. The OMDP is a two-year rotational program with four, six-month rotations in areas such as engineering, procurement, manufacturing, and supply chain.
