A barbell workout for anyone looking to get lean, toned and fit! Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition, this is a total body workout.  Instructors coach you through scientifically proven movements and techniques while pumping out encouragement, motivation, and great music! (All Levels)

Cost: Free to NU students and gym members
$18 daily fee for guests / non students
