The Count Basie Orchestra is acclaimed as one of the most swingin' ensembles in the history of jazz, and the music associated with this ensemble represents the bedrock of how a swinging ensemble should sound. In this concert, the Jazz Orchestra performs such classics as "Jumpin' at the Woodside," "Lil' Darlin,'" "The Kid from Red Bank," "Moten Swing," and more.
