Vinyasa means “breath-synchronized movement”. This style of yoga focuses on sequential movement that coordinates breath and the transition of postures. This combination works to relax the mind and enhance energy flow throughout the body. (All Levels)

Cost: NU student & current gym members: FREE
Non-members:
Monday- Friday before 3pm $12.
Weekdays | After 3 p.m. & Weekends $18
