The Office of the Provost invites all students, faculty and staff to stop by one of five food truck locations across the Evanston campus for free sweet treats from 2-4 p.m. Wednesday, June 1, while supplies last. Look for these food trucks on campus:
-Ice Cream with cereal toppings from Decadent Scooped Ice Cream in Lot 132 across from the Technological Institute (dairy-free options available)
-Dutch mini pancakes with toppings from Belgian Pancakes & Treats in Lot 122 near the Kellogg Global Hub
-Cupcakes from Sweets on Wheels at the Arts Circle (gluten-free options available)
-Gelato from Premium Gelato Service in the circle on the 600 Block of University Place (dairy-free options available)
-Churros from Fresh-Made Specialty Churro in Lot 235 near the Foster-Walker Complex
