***CCC meets 2 times a year and is responsible for reviewing all resident evaluations semi-annually, prepare and ensure the reporting of Milestones evaluations of each resident semi-annually to ACGME; and, advise the program director regarding resident progress, including promotion, remediation, and dismissal.
