Please join the Department of Physics and Astronomy in our second annual Sievert Prize Lecture Series! This series takes place every Saturday at 11:00 AM at the Norris University Center from January 7-February 25, 2023

Northwestern Postdoc, Ian Mondragon-Shem, will present an eight-week series on The Rise of Quantum Machines.

·       February 11- Lecture VI: Quantum computing in practice: the daunting task of constructing a quantum computer, Location- 206 Arch Room

·       February 18- Lecture VII: The power of quantum computers, Location- 202A Northwestern Room

·       February 25-Lecture VIII: Outlook: the quantum ecosystem, impact on society and future quantum revolutions, Location- 203 Lake Room
