Online

Northwestern University's Querrey InQbation Lab is hosting the FoundHer Series to amplify women academic innovators & entrepreneurs.

During this session, you will learn about INVO, what we do, why we need more women academic inventors and entrepreneurs, and what we’re doing about it. Next, you will learn how one of our female faculty founders, Dr. Ruchi Gupta, has leveraged INVO resources to start her company, Yobee Care. Finally, you will have the opportunity to engage in an informal fireside chat with INVO professional staff to demystify technology transfer.

• Introduction to tech transfer and the innovation gender gap (Speaker: Alexandra de Paz, PhD)

• Story of Yobee Care and INVO resources used along the way (Speaker: Ruchi Gupta, MD)

• Fireside Chat with INVO Invention Managers covering FAQs and best practices for working with INVO (Speakers: Mike Fiske, PhD and Anne-Isabelle Henry, PhD)

While the FoundHer Series is focused on supporting women innovators, all are welcome to register.
