Well-being breaks are intended to help support day-to-day well-being of faculty and staff by providing opportunities to engage in brief, facilitated well-being activities throughout the workday. Breaks are provided in 15 and 30-minute virtual sessions in partnership with Northwestern Recreation.
Please join Chelsea for 15 minutes of stretch exercises. All you need is a mat or towel and a small space to go through the exercises.
