Well-being Break: Mindful Yoga

Well-being breaks are intended to help support day-to-day well-being of faculty and staff by providing opportunities to engage in brief, facilitated well-being activities throughout the workday. Breaks are provided in 15 and 30-minute virtual sessions in partnership with Northwestern Recreation.

Please join Katherine for a full 30 minutes of Mindful Yoga. All you will need is a mat/blanket, and some space to move around.
