Please join us for the seventh session in the 2022-23 NUCATS Series on Developing and Enhancing Mentoring Relationships, a series of monthly 90-minute workshops exclusively for faculty. This session, presented by Rick McGee, PhD and Namratha R. Kandula, MD, MPH, will increase awareness of our own social identities and our perspectives of the social identities of others. The session will also cover the topics of conscious and unconscious bias, prejudices, equity and inclusion within the mentor-mentee relationship and skills and strategies to manage these. In-person workshops are limited to 40 participants. Registration will be available until the day of the workshop or until the workshop is full.
