The foundation of all yoga styles, this basic format incorporates postures, breath awareness, and balance to the body. Hatha yoga offers the physical benefits of balance, strength, flexibility, as well as relaxation and stress reduction. (All Levels)

Cost: NU student & current gym members: FREE
Non-members:
Monday- Friday before 3pm $12.
Weekdays | After 3 p.m. & Weekends $18
