This high-energy Latin Dance class pairs Latin beats to the steps of Salsa, Bachata, Merengue, and Cha-Cha-Cha. Expect a full-body workout that gets the heart pumping and promotes flexibility and core strength.  No dance experience or partner is required. (All levels)

Cost: Free for Northwestern students and current facility members

Non-members:
Monday – Friday before 3 p.m. | $12
Weekdays | After 3 p.m. & Weekends | $18
