Join us September 29th, 2023 from 9am-2:30pm at the Arturo Velasquez Institute for the Chicago Cancer Health Equity Collaborative (CHEC)'s 8th Annual Forum! 

Topics will include gaps in cancer care, self-care for cancer caregivers, and more! Information will be provided in English, Spanish, Cantonese, and American Sign Language.
