Join Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine for the 6th annual Women in Medicine Conference. This year’s theme is “Forum for Opportunities - Empowering Success”, to be held on March 08, 2024 in Feinberg A. This will be an in-person event with a live stream, but we hope to see you in person!
This year, we will discuss topics relevant to all clinicians, researchers and healthcare workers. We will review data from the literature, identify barriers and facilitators, and discuss tools to support and promote the development of leaders who identify as women and sexual/gender minorities. We will highlight the role of allies in creating a diverse, inclusive, and equitable work environment.
