Dr. Marta New, the founder and CEO of Radyus Research, has established herself as a seasoned professional in venture capital investments, large pharma R&D, and university technology transfer. Her impressive career includes roles such as partner at Agent Capital, principal investor at Baxalta Ventures, and commercial lead at Baxter International’s renal franchise. Leveraging her expertise, she founded Radyus Research, advising clients on strategic product development, fundraising, and commercialization of preclinical therapeutics. Dr. New's extensive international connections and experience position her as a valuable leader in the biotech industry, drawing on her rich background to drive success in both academic and entrepreneurial endeavors.
