FREE AND OPEN TO THE PUBLIC Panel and Concert: “New Black Music (Jazz) in Chicago.” Join us for a panel discussion on the state of jazz in Chicago featuring award-winning renown artists Junius Paul (bass), Jeff Parker (guitar), Brandee Younger (harp), and Makaya McCraven (drums) followed by a concert where these four will be joined by fellow musicians Greg Ward (alto sax), Marquis Hill (trumpet), and De’Sean Jones (tenor sax).
