A barbell workout for anyone looking to get lean, toned and fit!  Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition, this is a total body workout. Instructors coach you through scientifically proven movements and techniques while pumping out encouragement, motivation and great music! (All Levels)

Cost: Free for Northwestern students and current facility members.

Non-members:
Monday – Friday before 3 p.m. | $13
Weekdays | After 3 p.m. & Weekends | $20
