Fall Protection Competent Person

Competent persons are responsible for supervising employees working at heights, eliminating fall hazards, implementing fall controls, and completing fall hazard surveys, fall protection plans, and rescue procedures. This is an in-depth course in the regulations and standards governing fall protection, as well as recognizing fall hazards and control methods, fall protection systems limitations, and the proper handling and use of fall protection equipment and systems. This training enables attendees to be responsible for the immediate supervision, implementation, and monitoring of a managed fall protection program.
