Career Bios:
Tom Ilyevsky has a PhD in Electrical & Computer Engineering from Purdue University, where he worked on natural-language driven autonomous navigation. Tom now holds a position as a Quantitative Researcher at IMC Trading. He focuses on alpha and execution for medium frequency trading of US Equities.
Tayler Jennings has ten years of experience in the financial sector, having recruited for top companies such as Citadel Securities, Morgan Stanley, and now IMC Trading. She has developed an expertise in how these companies attract top talent.
