The Office of the Provost invites all students, faculty and staff to stop by one of five food truck locations across the Evanston campus for free Italian ice, churros, funnel cakes, ice cream treats and whoopie pies on Wednesday, May 29 from 2-4 p.m. while supplies last.

Look for these food trucks on campus!

o    Location: University Place Circle near Scott Hall

·         Italian Ice from Hand-Crafted Italian Ice (vegan/gluten-free)

o    Location: Arts Circle in front of Pick-Staiger

·         Churros from Fresh-Made Specialty Churro

o    Location: Foster-Walker Complex, North Lot

·       Mini funnel cakes from Carnival Creations

o    Location: Outside of Henry Crown Sports Pavilion on Campus Drive

·         Selection of ice-cream treats from Novelty Ice Cream Mobile

o    Location: Lot across from Technological Institute

·         Whoopie pies from Sweets on Wheels
