Northwestern University Medical Alumni Association invites you to a virtual event: “Demystifying Dementia—Breakthroughs in Diagnosis and Treatment.”

Dr. Ghoshal will offer a dementia primer and provide a survey of the leading causes of dementia including Alzheimer disease and frontotemporal dementia. The new molecular tools available to derive a diagnosis during a patient’s lifetime will be reviewed. Exciting breakthroughs in the field in terms of treatment advances, now or soon to be available to patients, will also be explored.
