Northwestern University's Querrey InQbation Lab features the Q Founder Series, which focuses on critical topics that early-stage startups face. In this talk, Mitchell Meersman, Assistant Vice President of Venture Debt & Technology Banking at Bridge Bank, will go in depth on financial statement analysis, walk through a case study, and model out different scenarios for hardtech companies along with providing resources that startups can use to better understand their financial condition. Mitchell will be available for a Q&A session after the presentation.
SPEAKER BIO:
Mitchell Meersman is an Assistant Vice President in Bridge Bank’s Technology Banking Group. He has five years of experience in commercial banking, with two years specifically in venture lending. He has worked with Midwest startups to facilitate growth and solve their financial needs. Over his career, he has also financed small businesses and solar utilities. Mitchell is a University of Notre Dame graduate with a BBA in Finance.
