Genomics Compute Cluster (GCC) Orientation (In-Person or Virtual)

Genomics Compute Cluster (GCC) Orientation sessions onboard new users to the GCC and inform them of the best practices for using this resource. Orientation sessions include an overview of the resources available, instruction on basic command line utilities and how to submit jobs to the GCC, discussion of best practices for data management within the GCC, and demonstration of automating data transfers out of GCC scratch space. New users are asked to register for an orientation session upon submitting an application, but existing users and those curious are welcome to register and join as well!
