Managing Conflict - Faculty Leaders Series

Adam Goodman, the Director of the Center for Leadership, will present a session for the Faculty Leaders Series called, Managing Conflict: How do you successfully navigate and lead others when you are challenged by key stakeholders such as graduate students and faculty colleagues?.

The Faculty Leaders lunch series equips department chairs, division chiefs, and faculty directors with the knowledge and skills they need for success. Faculty leaders will learn how to develop leadership skills, build community and manage people, navigate administrative structures and processes, promote vision, build a team and facilitate change, and solve problems commonly encountered in their roles.
