Developing and Promoting Teaching Track/NTE Faculty - Faculty Leaders Series

The Office of the Provost will present a session for the Faculty Leaders Series called, Developing and Promoting Teaching Track/NTE Faculty: Best practices for working with these faculty on a promotional path.

The Faculty Leaders lunch series equips department chairs, division chiefs, and faculty directors with the knowledge and skills they need for success. Faculty leaders will learn how to develop leadership skills, build community and manage people, navigate administrative structures and processes, promote vision, build a team and facilitate change, and solve problems commonly encountered in their roles.
