This interpersonal process group is based on Dr. Yalom’s (2005) Interpersonal Group Therapy Theories. Our group has up to 6-7 members and meet weekly for 90 minutes. Process groups help members increase awareness of their thoughts and feelings in the moment and express them openly to each other. Group members offer each other support and feedback. Members can discover what roles they tend to play in groups and safely try out new ways of relating. This group will be Mandarin-speaking.
