This 45-minute total-body workout is designed to help you build strength, improve body composition, and reduce risk of injury. Your instructor will guide you through proper form as you push, pull, hinge, squat, and lunge through this circuit-style class. (All Levels)

Cost: Free for Northwestern students and current facility members.

Non-members:
Monday – Friday before 3 p.m. | $13
Weekdays | After 3 p.m. & Weekends | $20
