Description:

A space for Master's or Doctoral students experiencing stress/adjustment issues related to graduate school at Northwestern University. This group will select topics of discussion based on their own needs. This may include adjustment, work/ life balance, imposter syndrome, internship search, dissertation process, financial stress, burnout, isolation, and time management.

If you're interested in joining a specific group--make sure the time offerings work for you schedule first & then give us a call at 847-491-2151 to get started. 
If you are uncertain if group is for you and want support in navigating this, drop in for SDA (virtual/in person) and a member of the CAPS team will guide you through the process.
